Please note, our ceremony will be unplugged. We have hired an amazing crew of videographers and photographers so you can relax and enjoy the moment with us. We kindly ask that you leave your cameras, iPads, drones, and phones in your pockets & purses during the ceremony.

Transportation
We have arranged for a shuttle service to and from the wedding and after party. the shuttle will pick up and drop off at the hotels listed above. below you will find the shuttle schedule for your reference.
3:30pm - Pick up at the Best Western Dry Creek Inn
4:15pm - Pick up at The Stock Farm Inn
11:15pm - Pick up at Campovida
11:20pm - Drop off at the After Party & Stock Farm Inn (stay on the shuttle if you're ready to go back to the Best Western!)
12am - Drop off at the Best Western Dry Creek Inn
1am - Last shuttle from the After Party to the Best Western Dry Creek Inn

Uber can be very hit or miss up in Healdsburg/Hopland, so we would suggest arranging an Uber or a good old-fashioned taxi (options below!) well in advance of your departure and pick-up.

FAQ
where is HOpLAND and how the hell do i get there?
HOpland is a teeny tiny wine country town located in mendocino county. if you're traveling from outside of the bay area, The closest airports will be SFO and OAK. HOpland is 90 miles north of san francisco, so you'll also need to rent a car or carpool with other guests. we know this is a bit complicated but, we promise it will be worth the trek.

The VIBE for our wedding is "midsummer night’s dream garden partY." THINK chiffon, tulle, linen, EYELET, gingham, and seersucker in Light and bright colors. KEEP IT Ethereal AF.
All events will be outside and it will be warm during the day and cool at night. As with everything in the Bay Area, layers are encouraged.
Due to the outdoor setting, ladies should consider flats, wedges, block heels, or be better at drunk walking/dancing in heels than the bride.

Ahh San Francisco in august! How many swimsuits should i pack!?
hate to burst your bubble on this one, but if you have never been to sf in what is ELSEWHERE called "summer" you should know august (also known as "fogust") is usually pretty chilly with temps in the sixties and fifties.
hey, sixties doESN'T sound so bad! has the west coast softened you two?
the combo of low HUMIDITY, fog, and gusty wind makes sixty DEGREES feel much colder out here. HEED THIS advice or fall victim to an over-priced "san francisco" tourist hoodie. trust.
the good news is hopland will be in the EIGHTies/NINETIES during the day, but it will still drop to the high fifties/sixties at night, so be sure to pack an extra layer.

While our wedding festivities are adult-only that doesn’t mean you have to leave the kiddos at home! Campovida has provided a list of trusted babysitters (info below!) who will come to your hotel so you can let loose for the night. You're welcome, mom & dad!

No, weirdo! Please arrive at Campovida at 4:30pm for welcome drinks. The ceremony DOES indeed start promptly at 5pm. and we mean promptly, or have you never met the bride?
